Speed Camera
It is a given fact that every nation strictly implements traffic rules and regulations. In the past, reckless drivers often engage in heated arguments with a traffic enforcer claiming that he or she has not committed in any traffic violation. Not anymore as there is a speed camera in roads and intersections that monitors every passing car.
Mechanism behind a speed camera
Unlike any other cameras that are used for everyday amusement and usage, this device can capture several images in a short period of time. You may be wondering how the device can monitor all angles at the same time. Truth is, it is made up of several cameras that are strategically focused on one direction. Aside from the lenses, there are also triggers that are embedded under a road to detect if a car has moved beyond the intersection. With sensors, these triggers can give an exact measurement as to where the car is positioned. Of course, these devices cannot function without the computer which is programmed to process and interpret all information sent by the lenses and the triggers. Some triggers are positioned in stop signs that can detect if ever the car has really followed the said direction.
If ever a car speeds up the traffic even if there is no go signal yet, the act can easily be tracked because the whole event was previously recorded in a speed camera that gives very accurate and scientific evidence that can lead herring drivers loose their licenses or even their jobs.
After a few weeks, the driver will just be surprised that a speeding ticket is mailed in his mailbox. The driver's first reaction might be to disregard at first but if the notice come to his or her doorstep more than once, for sure the driver would need legal help from an authority like a speeding attorney who will present the driver's side of the said traffic violation.
Rarely, there are cases that a speed camera has recorded the wrong information. Yet, the driver can still redeem his or her side by the arguments presented by the attorney. In some cases, some herring drivers are pardoned but will still suffer a few weeks or months of suspension from driving any vehicle in the road. There are also cases that the driver will be released but will pay a considerable amount of fine to the state.
The laws on the road must be respected. One must remember that reckless driver can never go unnoticed and there are always laws that can either save the driver or lead him or her behind prison bars.
